When this is useful
Choose an input representative of the intended customer workflow. Record meaningful constraints and show enough output for a viewer to judge usefulness. If you remove waiting time, keep the edit from implying an unmeasured completion time.
Plan the product story
- Prepare a realistic, non-sensitive input. State the task and relevant constraints clearly, without exposing private customer material.
- Show the generated result and its context. Preserve labels such as draft, sample or suggested so the output’s status remains understandable.
- Include the review step where it matters. Demonstrate how a user inspects, edits or approves the result rather than suggesting every generated output is ready to publish.
An illustrative workflow
An AI writing tool can show a short brief, a proposed article outline and the editor adjusting a heading. That proves the demonstrated drafting workflow. It does not justify a claim that the tool guarantees rankings or replaces all editorial work.
Limits and checks
Do not present a manually repaired example as an untouched model output. If the result was selected or edited for the demonstration, describe that workflow accurately.
