What happens in the film
A vertical late-night broadcast that covers your own night, for Somnalo, a fictional sleep tracker app. A moon rises as Overnight Live signs on with a programme guide, under a station bug, a night clock that runs from 23:00 to morning and a slow crawl of the app's three features. The sleep-stage chart draws itself across the night with a live playhead while stage tallies tick, the smart alarm waits through REM inside its 06:30–07:00 window and rings at 06:47 when the trace reaches light sleep, and the nightly sleep report lands on a phone as the morning summary. Moon-band stingers carry each segment cut, and the film signs off on "That was your night." with the Somnalo lockup. All sleep data is illustrative.
The Broadcast style
News-desk lower thirds, tickers, live bugs and on-air graphics framing the product as tonight’s top story.
Good fit for: Data, finance, analytics and reporting products where the result is a number that changed.
Review tip: Use one headline figure per scene. A ticker full of numbers looks busy but tells the viewer nothing.
How this film was made
Somnalo is a fictional brand created for this sample, so the website, product and screens in the film are invented. It shows how the Broadcast style handles a product of this kind; it is not a customer project.
To make one for your own product, paste your website URL into Demovela and pick a style. Your first watermarked film is free, and you can ask for a different hook, pace or format afterwards. Each new version is kept as its own output.
